Dolma-made with Greek stuffed Vine leaves. These dolmas are homemade with what may appear to be an unusual combination of spices, rice, vine leaves, and lemon juice, but they are a delicious, delicate traditional Mediterranean dish with a twist. They are generally served with homemade tomato sauce and can be served warm or cold as desired. It’s very beautifully judged, aromatic with herbs, strongly lemony, and perfectly cooked.
